After check in, refreshments and lunch you will meet your guide and tracker for an

After breakfast and an early morning game drive, you will be transferred to Sabi Sabi

Bush Lodge epitomises a luxury home in the bush with décor garnered from all corners of the African continent. Each of the 25 suites is air-conditioned with huge en-suite glass fronted bathrooms and al-fresco shower leading onto a private patio. Kenya Highlights, Group Tour, Safari – Kenya

Day 1 – Nairobi
On arrival at Nairobi Airport you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2 – Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast leave Nairobi and drive past the extinct volcano of Mt Longonot and Suswa into the homelands of the Masai. The Masai Mara located on Kenya’s southern border with Tanzania, constitutes the northern stretch of the Serengeti and has the richest concentration of animals in Kenya. This afternoon after lunch, experience your first game drive in the unique world of the Masai Mara. (BLD)
Day 3 – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Spend the day on game drives through the tremendous fauna of the Masai Mara in search of the “Big Five” (lion, leopard, rhino elephant, buffalo). (BLD)
Day 4 – Lake Nakuru National Park
Your journey takes you to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its birdlife. The park also boasts a good number of rhinos as well as leopard and lion. After lunch at Lion Hill Lodge enjoy an afternoon game drive. (BLD)
Day 5 – Samburu Game Reserve
Drive past Mount Kenya to Shaba Game Reserve, situated in the dry area of northern Kenya, where the nomadic tribes live. This Reserve is situated in the dry area of Northern Kenya, where the nomad tribes, the Samburus, the Rendilles and the Boran live. After lunch you will encounter the amazing landscape of the Shaba Game Reserve on your drive. (BLD)
Day 6 – Samburu Game Reserve
Enjoy a full day of game viewing in this beautiful area known for its Grevy’s zebra and the gerenuk gazelle, with a drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River. (BLD)
Day 7 – Sweetwaters Game Reserve
This morning drive to the private Ol Peteja Conservancy, a pristine environment with the ‘Big Five’, and the one and only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya. (BLD)
Day 8 – End of Kenya Highlights Tour
This morning after breakfast return to Nairobi by road and end of your safari. (B)

Gorilla Trekking in Uganda

Enjoy one of the most dramatic, thrilling and poignant experiences possible. Nothing can prepare you for that first encounter with a full grown silverback gorilla, up to three times the size of a man, yet remarkably peaceful and tolerant of human visitors. We offer a range of scheduled and private trips to visit the gorillas, either by road, or by air from Entebbe.

Day 1 – Bwindi National Park
This morning take the scheduled flight to Bwindi National Park and transfer onwards to your lodge. Commanding spectacular views of the park, this quality lodge with only eight spacious and comfortable cottages offers a cosy and relaxing environment. Spend the afternoon at leisure. (D)
Day 2 -Bwindi National Park
After breakfast transfer to park gate for a briefing before starting the trek to find the gorillas and spend an unforgettable hour with them. Return to the lodge for a relaxing afternoon. (BLD)
The journey, through dense foliage and up steep climbs, is abundantly rewarded with the lifetime experience of viewing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. You will have an opportunity to be within metres of these magnificent apes, sharing in their daily lives and experiencing their day-to-day activities. Mountain gorillas are extremely rare with only an estimated 850 remaining in the wild. This is an experience you won’t easily forget!
Day 3 – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Today you drive to the southern Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park – Uganda’s oldest park – with an optional stop enroute to visit the Ishasha Community Project. On arrival enjoy an afternoon game drive. (BLD)
Day 4 – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Game drives will be enjoyed in the Ishasha area, looking for the huge herds of buffalo, elephant, and Uganda kob and of course the famous tree-climbing lion typically found in this region. (BLD)
Day 5 – End of Gorilla Trekking in Uganda
Transfer through the park to the airstrip for the scheduled flight back to Entebbe. (B)
